Sidecar Health is seeking a Claims Operations Manager to lead a team of Claims Processors, ensuring claims are adjudicated accurately and efficiently. This role focuses on team development, performance excellence, and process improvement within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading or managing a team
  • 5+ years of experience in claims processing or related field
  • 5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • 3+ years of experience using metrics to manage team performance
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-starter mindset
