Sidecar Health is seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead core initiatives focused on scaling their platform and improving the member experience. This role involves product vision, operational strategy, and team leadership, with a focus on intuitive, scalable solutions powered by modern technology, including AI.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers
• Translate pain points into product solutions
• Drive cross-functional collaboration
• Evaluate third-party solutions
• Define and track KPIs
• Partner with marketing and member operations
• Champion iterative product development
• Ensure compliance and security

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• 1-2 years managing product managers
• Success owning consumer-facing product strategy
• Experience with AI/ML-powered products
• Strong collaboration skills
• Comfort in fast-moving environments
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong data and analytical mindset (SQL proficiency)
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree
