Job Description

Sidecar Health is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager with a strong background in AI technologies to scale and automate claims processes and improve the member experience. This role will involve co-creating product strategy, defining solutions, and executing large-scale initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-powered systems and user experiences
• Map and understand member healthcare journeys
• Identify and leverage data relationships
• Analyze user behavior and site usage data
• Partner with cross-functional teams to scope projects
• Lead a cross-functional pod of engineers and product designers
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation
• Ensure systems stay compliant with insurance regulations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field
• Expertise in designing intuitive user experiences
• Experience building generative AI products
• Use of AI tools for design and requirements
• Deep understanding of Agile development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SQL
• Ability to break down complex problems
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
