Job Description

Sidecar Health is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales, ASO to drive new business growth within the National and Strategic Accounts segment. This senior-level role focuses on developing and closing new ASO opportunities with large, self-funded employer groups and strategic broker/consultant partners, requiring expertise in ASO distribution and a proven track record in selling health solutions to national accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Own full sales cycle for ASO/NASA prospects
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with consultants, brokers, and employers
  • Drive consultative sales conversations
  • Partner with internal teams to develop solutions
  • Deliver presentations and pitches
  • Negotiate deal structures and contracts
  • Meet and exceed sales goals
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management
  • Represent Sidecar Health at industry events

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience selling health insurance into national/jumbo accounts
  • Proven success in enterprise sales
  • Strong broker and consultant relationships
  • Executive presence and excellent communication skills
  • Deep understanding of ASO models
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree
