Job Description

The Customer Intelligence Manager will be responsible for capturing customer feedback across multiple channels, transforming it into actionable insights, and influencing strategies across the organization to enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with strong B2B or SaaS marketing experience and a drive to grow their expertise in customer insights.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage customer feedback program
  • Oversee customer surveys
  • Build and maintain customer insights library
  • Develop customer advocacy programs
  • Curate customer feedback repository
  • Synthesize feedback into insights
  • Monitor customer research trends
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Establish and monitor key metrics
  • Report results to stakeholders
  • Refine program strategy
  • Support company vision and values

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
  • Experience with survey tools (GetFeedback, User Evidence, etc)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Proactive and collaborative
  • Authorized to work in the United States
