Job Description

PitchBook’s Customer Support Specialist Tier 1 provides direct customer support via phone, email, and chat to existing PitchBook clients. This role focuses on troubleshooting customer issues, ensuring a positive customer experience, and identifying pain points to inform product improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to chat, phone, and email contacts
  • Achieve contact volume and quality goals
  • Communicate effectively to resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with other support specialists
  • Document interactions in Salesforce
  • Partner with global teams for support availability
  • Support company vision and values
  • Participate in company initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Client-first attitude
  • Adaptability to industry and organizational changes
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interest in financial markets
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Terrific prioritization skills
  • Team player
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
