PitchBook is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead their MLOps team, enabling Machine Learning teams by providing tools and optimizing the Machine Learning Development Life Cycle. This role is critical in driving AI innovations across the organization and requires a leader who can foster collaboration, innovation, and a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead MLOps team execution
• Ensure effective communication across teams
• Champion ML best practices
• Remove roadblocks and improve processes
• Bridge business/product needs with execution
• Deliver MLOps roadmap items on time
• Discover new AI tools and technologies
• Communicate technical content to various audiences
• Drive a culture of belonging and psychological safety
• Apply agile principles to team efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in related field
• 3+ years of engineering leadership experience
• 6+ years of experience in ML algorithm development
• 6+ years of experience in ML service deployment
• 6+ years of experience supporting the MLDLC
• 6+ years of experience with AWS and/or GCP
• Experience with PyTorch, Tensorflow, LangChain, etc.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• Proficiency in GitOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Proficiency in Python
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
