PitchBook is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead software engineering, testing, and development activities for one or more teams globally. The role involves bridging business needs with execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software, and fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment. This is a full-stack role utilizing technologies like Java, Javascript, React, and cloud technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years in software development
• 2+ years in engineering leadership with direct management
• 3+ years hands-on coding in microservices architecture
• Experience with Java, Spring Framework, Javascript, and React
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• Strong metrics focus
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• US work authorization
