PitchBook is seeking a Product Manager II to join their Product and Engineering team, focusing on the Deal Sourcing team. This role involves shaping platform experiences for private equity, venture capital, and investment banking professionals, defining and prioritizing the product roadmap, and acting as a subject matter expert for deal sourcing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Validate client needs through user and market research
• Define product roadmap prioritization
• Create business cases for new opportunities
• Create detailed functional specifications
• Communicate requirements to stakeholders
• Improve deliverables and operational processes
• Establish project goals and measure business impact
• Give presentations to stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members
• Support company vision and values

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of product management experience
• Bias for action
• Experience gathering customer-centric requirements
• Superior attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of investment/portfolio management preferred
• Record of shipping digital solutions preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
