Job Description

The Private Credit Reporter for Leveraged Commentary & Data (LCD) will track loan issuance and trends in the private credit/direct lending/middle market loan space, reporting on deals via a real-time news and analysis platform. This role involves producing stories, following market trends, and cultivating sources.

Responsibilities

• Produce real-time stories on private credit financing
• Follow market trends and industry developments
• Produce analytical pieces on leveraged loan and finance markets
• Cultivate and maintain market sources
• Contribute to webinars, videos, and Q&As
• Support company vision and values
• Participate in company initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience covering financial markets
• Experience in leveraged finance, debt, or structured finance preferred
• Data analysis skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Ability to work under deadlines
• Teamwork skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• US work authorization
