Job Description

PitchBook’s Sr. Customer Experience Specialist will execute impactful experiences and programs to support the Customer Success team, focusing on client events globally and a targeted gifting strategy to enhance client relationships and strengthen brand presence. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support global client event strategy
  • Manage end-to-end event planning
  • Coordinate on-site event needs
  • Oversee client gifting platform
  • Support the Company Store
  • Role model company vision and values
  • Participate in company initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing and Events Management
  • Team player with ability to work across diverse teams
  • High standards and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to travel 1-3 times per year
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Authorized to work in the United States
