Job Description

The Senior Marketo Specialist will lead the design, development, and optimization of marketing automation workflows to drive scalable, data-driven demand generation and customer engagement programs. This role serves as a strategic partner to marketing leadership and cross-functional teams, applying expertise in marketing automation platforms like Marketo to enhance operational efficiency and maximize campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end marketing automation strategy
  • Design, build, and manage automated campaigns
  • Support integration between marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Analyze campaign performance and develop dashboards
  • Establish best practices and governance frameworks
  • Provide mentorship and training
  • Manage multiple automation projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing automation
  • Expert proficiency with Marketo
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to architect and execute complex workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Authorized to work in the United States
