Job Description

PitchBook is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the user journey, product strategy, and customer experience for their AI & Conversational Search capabilities. This role requires collaboration with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to define high-value natural language workflows and translate them into impactful product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-user problem space for conversational search
• Identify and validate high-impact, natural-language workflows
• Define and maintain a use-case playbook
• Design model-driven UX patterns
• Partner with domain Product Managers to prioritize data integrations
• Iterate for product-market-fit and optimize for growth
• Support company vision and values
• Participate in company initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of progressive product management experience in search, analytics, or AI
• Proven ability to lead user discovery
• Strong UX intuition in AI-assisted workflows
• Experience leading cross-functional AI product development
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Hands-on experience with structured and unstructured data
• Experience collaborating with executive leadership
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
