Job Description

The Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Programs drives strategic cross-functional initiatives for the company, ensuring teams meet milestones, removing roadblocks, and providing visibility into progress. This role focuses on programs involving cross-functional work within PitchBook and MorningStar to develop new capabilities and support Sales, Customer Service & Revenue Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, planning, scoping, and implementation of key initiatives
• Work with stakeholders to plan, scope, and identify deliverables
• Build and manage project plans and hold teams accountable
• Define goals, prioritize work, and use data for decision-making
• Identify and resolve risks and issues
• Manage dependencies and align roadmaps
• Provide program status reporting
• Implement program execution best practices
• Support company vision and values

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of professional experience with 3+ years in program/project management
• Experience managing cross-functional programs
• Understanding of program management fundamentals
• Experience with financial products & revenue operations implementations
• Data-driven and metrics-focused
• Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and judgment skills
• Knowledge of project management tools
