Job Description

The Senior Marketing Operations Manager will build the foundation of Marketing Operations at ParetoHealth, focusing on best-in-class process, project management, and marketing technology. This role will enable strategic, agile, and data-driven marketing execution to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Redesign and scale marketing intake system
  • Own end-to-end intake process
  • Develop and document SOPs for project scoping and agile workflows
  • Implement project governance model
  • Develop Tableau-based performance reporting framework
  • Deliver actionable insights and performance metrics
  • Design and deliver enablement programs
  • Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives
  • Manage strategic projects
  • Lead marketing operating cadences

Requirements

  • 6–8 years in Marketing Operations, Project Management, or related roles
  • Experience leading a high-performing marketing operations function
  • Strong proficiency with Asana and marketing automation tools
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Technical proficiency with PowerBI/Tableau, Salesforce, and Marketing Automation
  • Experience reporting marketing effectiveness
  • Strategic and tactical thinking
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
