Job Description

ParetoHealth is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales to drive their mission of transforming employee health benefits. The RVP will focus on building relationships with insurance brokers and benefits consultants, delivering solutions that reduce risk and maximize cost efficiency for small and midsize businesses within the Virginia territory.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with key broker partners
  • Educate brokers on Pareto’s self-insurance model
  • Provide solutions for prospective employers’ needs
  • Create and execute a regional sales plan
  • Collaborate with account management, underwriting, and marketing teams
  • Drive change by providing access to affordable healthcare options

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in self-insurance or related markets
  • Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with brokers
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Self-starter mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to translate data into insights
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field
  • Ability to travel at least 50% within territory
