As a Designer II, 3D Visualization, you will create and refine digital assets for Footwear Design, providing product visualizations for various stages of the design process and marketing efforts. This role involves managing complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior members, and continuously improving workflow efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Create and revise 3D models
• Organize and process digital resources for 3D use
• Create photorealistic renderings
• Lead the use of AI generative tools
• Work on product animations
• Create digital-twin footwear assets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Mentor junior team members
• Manage individual deadlines and projects
• Optimize files for performance
• Expand knowledge of 3D CAD techniques

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design-related field
• 5+ years of 3D visualization experience
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering tools
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to collaborate with remote teams
• Ability to manage contractors
