Job Description

The Senior Manager, Program & Process Management will lead the execution of the product creation portfolio from concept to product introduction, overseeing key programs, processes, and tools to drive maximum impact for Brooks and the runner. This role involves leading a team, developing strategy, and partnering with key stakeholders to improve end-to-end processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage team goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project or Program Management (M.B.A. preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in project/program & process management
  • 5+ years of experience directing and managing teams
  • Understanding of business analysis, project management, and process engineering principles
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • Track record in project management and change management
  • Ability to build relationships across the organization
  • Highly collaborative leadership skills
