The Manager, Footwear Engineering will lead a team of engineers focused on improving the performance running experience. This role involves leading projects, establishing best practices, ensuring product performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative footwear solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• 7+ years of footwear development experience
• 5+ years of project management experience
• 3+ years of team management experience
• Knowledge of footwear construction processes
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in Illustrator, MS Office, and PLM software
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
