Job Description

The Retail Training & Development Manager will design and deliver impactful learning experiences for Brooks’ retail employees, supporting a growing team across multiple stores and states. This role involves creating and executing training programs, managing event staff at major events, and ensuring consistent, premium service aligned with the brand.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute onboarding and ongoing training curriculum
  • Create engaging training content across key pillars
  • Partner with cross-functional teams
  • Deliver in-person, virtual, and self-paced training
  • Conduct field visits and provide feedback
  • Manage training calendar
  • Create e-learning content in LMS
  • Maintain and evolve training materials
  • Track training completion and report metrics
  • Lead training for event staff at race expos
  • Ensure POS system proficiency for event staff
  • Act as a cultural ambassador
  • Build cross-functional relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in retail training or development
  • Experience in training program planning and facilitation
  • Proficiency in LMS and communication tools
  • Excellent presentation and coaching skills
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Experience training on POS systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Passion for running preferred
  • Ability to travel regularly
