Job Description

The Senior Manager will lead Brooks’ global digital Supply Chain ecosystem, bridging business and technology. This role will collaborate with IT to drive adoption of digital systems, enable AI and analytics-powered decision-making, and modernize supply chain capabilities to deliver visibility, accuracy, agility, and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supply Chain Digital Transformation
• Translate business strategy into a Digital Supply Chain Roadmap
• Act as a liaison between Supply Chain, IT, and external partners
• Ensure resilience and scalability of digital supply chain systems
• Drive integration of planning data
• Oversee functional requirements and adoption of digital solutions
• Collaborate on process improvement and optimization
• Establish and enforce global data standards
• Oversee use of planning and analytics platforms
• Evaluate and scale emerging technologies
• Develop governance frameworks
• Drive change management strategies
• Manage, coach, and develop the Supply Chain Systems and Operations team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, or equivalent
• Master’s degree preferred
• 10+ years of global supply chain experience with 5+ years in leadership
• Proven record of implementing supply chain technology platforms
• Strong background in FMCG, footwear/apparel, or consulting
• Demonstrated success in data governance and AI/ML applications
• Track record of leading digital transformation programs
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Advanced knowledge in BI & analytics tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Project management expertise (Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall)
• Change agent mindset
• Alignment with Brooks’ mission and values
