Job Description

The Director, Pharma Activation Success will own the success and performance of live advertising programs for Nimble’s pharmaceutical and agency clients, leading campaign activation, delivery, and client satisfaction to ensure campaigns launch flawlessly and drive measurable ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Lead activation and delivery for pharmaceutical and agency clients
  • Translate client media plans into actionable briefs
  • Ensure on-time campaign launches and optimization
  • Review and interpret campaign data
  • Present performance results to partners
  • Collaborate with Sales for re-sell opportunities
  • Maintain understanding of client objectives
  • Serve as the voice of the client internally

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in pharma advertising or healthcare marketing
  • Understanding of the pharma brand/agency ecosystem
  • Proven track record managing advertising campaigns
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Strong client leadership and communication skills
  • Highly organized and proactive
  • Experience working across data, product, and sales teams
  • Bachelor’s degree required
