As a Senior Data Scientist / Analyst, you will drive initiatives across the company using data to influence business and product decisions. You will combine analytical rigor with statistical modeling and machine learning expertise to understand business problems and empower teams to make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive business and product initiatives through insights and modeling
• Develop and deploy statistical and machine learning models
• Communicate complex findings clearly
• Design and optimize data structures
• Contribute to scalable data processes
• Coach data scientists / analysts

Requirements

• Bachelor or higher degree in STEM
• 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics
• Proficiency in SQL
• Proficiency in R, Python, or Excel
• Strong grasp of statistical concepts
• Expertise in Python or R for modeling
• Track record of driving initiatives with analysis
• Excellent communication skills
