Nimble is seeking a Director of Product to lead product experiences across their growing customer network, including pharmacies, patients, and pharmaceutical companies. This role involves customer discovery, product strategy, execution, and team leadership, reporting directly to the CTO.

Responsibilities

• Lead product experiences across a growing customer network
• Own customer discovery, product strategy, and execution
• Analyze data and clarify intent
• Lead and coach a small team of product managers

Requirements

• 10+ years in product experiences (B2C and B2B2C)
• Proven versatility across customer segments
• Self-starter with curiosity and bias for action
• Customer-obsessed and data-driven
• Strong execution skills
• 5+ years of leadership experience
