Job Description

Nimble is seeking a Director of Product to lead platform initiatives for the product organization, company, and external partners. This role will own platforms used by all product teams and functional teams, playing a critical role in setting the pace and quality of work. The Director will collaborate with leaders across various functions and report directly to the CTO.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform strategy and execution
• Develop product infrastructure
• Own customer discovery, product strategy, and execution
• Analyze data and set goals
• Lead and coach a team of product managers

Requirements

• 10+ years in engineering and/or product experiences in product and/or developer platforms
• Prior engineering experience at staff level or higher
• Experience building and scaling large-scale consumer product platforms
• Experience in consumer engagement, payment/commerce, data/ML/AI, security, and compliance
• Self-starter with curiosity and bias for action
• Customer-obsessed and data-driven
• Strong execution skills
• 5+ years of leadership experience
