Job Description

The Client Partner supports new and current pharmacy partners as the lead point of contact post-launch, focusing on increasing client engagement with Nimble features and creating new sales opportunities by aligning pharmacy goals with revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Train and manage a book of Nimble pharmacy partners
  • Provide proactive solutions and recommend services to improve pharmacy revenue
  • Act as a technical advisor and help clients integrate Nimble’s solutions
  • Analyze client data and present optimization opportunities
  • Impact pharmacy partner success by understanding workflows and product performance
  • Utilize reports to share adoption and growth opportunities
  • Develop relationships with pharmacy owners and staff
  • Serve as a technical escalation point for clients
  • Guide clients on API usage and troubleshooting
  • Liaise between engineering and clients for technical requirements
  • Stay updated on new features
  • Use dashboards and SQL to pull key metrics

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in account management, partner/customer success, or sales
  • Proactive partner guidance with new processes
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Pharmacy experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree
