Job Description

As an Enterprise Client Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to key customers, ensuring they succeed with the company's platform and receive maximum value throughout their lifecycle. This involves understanding customer requirements, onboarding, training, driving adoption and retention, and ensuring satisfaction while working with various internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage post-sales activity for Enterprise customers
  • Manage complex integration cycles
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on success plans
  • Assess customer health to drive satisfaction and retention
  • Serve as the voice of the customer
  • Maintain product knowledge
  • Increase customer retention through regular check-ins
  • Work with Product and Engineering on enhancement requests
  • Handle escalations and resolve issues
  • Improve customer engagement approaches

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success Management
  • 3+ years of industry or related company experience
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High energy and initiative
  • Bachelor’s degree
