Job Description

This role focuses on building and managing relationships with institutional and high-net-worth clients in the rapidly growing crypto and blockchain industry. The manager will identify leads, pitch relevant products, and contribute to the development of new crypto financial service offerings, with a focus on driving revenue and client growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and reaching out to institutional client leads
  • Understanding client needs and pitching relevant products
  • Attending conferences and representing the company
  • Conducting community reach activities
  • Researching market and competitor trends
  • Drafting and closing client agreements
  • Proposing new crypto institutional offerings
  • Maintaining ongoing contact with clients and recommending product improvements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Institutional Outbound Sales
  • 1+ years experience in digital assets/cryptocurrency/web3 outbound sales
  • Familiarity with institutional products like market maker/taker programs, OTC, custody, and staking
  • Network of clients in the cryptocurrency space
  • Track record of managing and monetizing client relationships
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
