Job Description

This position involves detecting and investigating trading activity in derivatives markets to identify potential violations of Exchange rules and CFTC Regulations. The analyst will provide guidance to market participants, collaborate with various teams, and contribute to the development of surveillance protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor trading activity across crypto, binary options, and futures platforms
• Utilize surveillance tools and dashboards
• Conduct post-trade reviews and forensic analysis
• Conduct investigations and draft investigative reports
• Ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies
• Assist in preparing responses to regulatory inquiries
• Contribute to surveillance protocol development
• Support KYC/AML procedures
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Technology teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Math or Juris Doctorate
• 3+ years in Compliance in financial services
• Strong Analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with futures markets and trading
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with ability to prioritize
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of futures exchange operations and regulations
