Job Description

The Senior Analyst, Compliance will be part of a team responsible for executing strategic projects to advance compliance priorities, risk and control, regulatory and efficiency opportunities within the US and Canadian markets. This role involves supporting audits, managing projects, coordinating remediation efforts, and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support AML Compliance program audits and reviews
• Engage with internal stakeholders and support resolution
• Develop and manage project plans for regulatory remediation
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants
• Prepare materials for working groups and committees
• Address issues and escalations from external compliance personnel
• Ensure clear customer communication during the RFI process
• Identify procedural opportunities and drive process improvements
• Perform ad-hoc special projects

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Track record of success in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated track record of managing multiple projects
