The Compliance Operations Analyst supports the daily operations of the firm’s compliance program, providing hands-on exposure to maintaining integrity, meeting regulatory obligations, and managing risk. The role involves executing monitoring tasks, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation, ideal for candidates interested in regulatory compliance, risk management, or financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing compliance reviews
• Maintain policy and procedure documentation
• Track regulatory updates
• Track and reconcile expenses
• Manage vendor invoices
• Assist with regulatory filings
• Support KYC / AML checks
• Support administrative tasks
• Liaise with internal teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 0–2 years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Comfortable managing confidential information
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Interest in cryptocurrencies
• Notary or willing to obtain
