Foris Capital US LLC is seeking a FINRA Series 7 Registered Representative specializing in IRAs and retirement accounts to handle inquiries, transactions, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role involves assisting clients with various IRA-related services and contributing to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on IRAs and retirement accounts
• Provide customer service via phone, email, and chat
• Process IRA transfers, rollovers, contributions, and distributions
• Educate clients on retirement account rules
• Improve IRA service experience and streamline operations
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
• Maintain knowledge of IRS and FINRA rules
• Develop educational content for clients

Requirements

• Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 Licenses
• 1+ year of experience in retirement or brokerage industry
• Strong knowledge of IRA rules
• Clean regulatory record
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proactive problem-solver
• Flexibility to work in a 24/5 environment
