Job Description

Crypto.com is seeking an Application Support Engineer to ensure maximum uptime for production systems, provide L1/L2 support, manage incidents, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues in a fast-paced fintech environment. The role involves monitoring systems, performing administration tasks, and contributing to knowledge base development.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure maximum uptime for production systems
  • Provide L1/L2 application support
  • Manage incidents and requests
  • Monitor system alerts and escalate issues
  • Manage major incidents and coordinate updates
  • Perform system operation and administration tasks
  • Collaborate with internal users and vendors
  • Comply with SLA and OLA
  • Manage incident, change, and response management
  • Document knowledge articles and manage knowledge base
  • Provide support during emergency situations
  • Coordinate with product and development teams

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of application support experience with fintech background
  • Strong self-discipline, responsibility, and integrity
  • Interest in crypto technology and financial environments
  • Strong team player with minimal supervision
  • Support experience in Linux environment and cloud computing
  • Knowledge of basic Linux commands
  • Experience in code/scripting languages
  • Proficient in SQL Database queries
  • Familiar with log traversal tools
  • Good knowledge of production support model
  • Experience with ITSM platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
