The Senior Organic Growth Manager will execute organic strategies across traditional finance verticals, focusing on SEO, GEO awareness, and collaboration with product and tech teams. This role involves content planning, digital PR, technical SEO implementation, performance analysis, and adapting to industry changes in search and LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Execute TradFi organic growth strategy
• Plan and brief content with SEO best practices
• Lead digital PR initiatives
• Partner with Tech SEO for implementation
• Analyze search trends and performance metrics
• Integrate SEO and GEO into product and content
• Stay ahead of industry changes
• Operate with pace and accountability

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SEO or organic growth
• Strong on-page SEO and content optimization skills
• Understanding of technical SEO and digital PR
• Proficiency with SEO tools
• Strong analytical ability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Experience in finance/fintech is a plus
