The Product Management team is seeking a seasoned Product Director to own, create, and implement an industry-changing platform for money movement and transfers, focusing on US partners and banking regulations. This role involves leading strategic bank partnerships, optimizing payment acceptance rates, and designing payment orchestration logic.

Responsibilities

• Expert understanding of Treasury Product and liquidity management
• Increase transaction acceptance rates
• Lead strategic bank partnership negotiations
• Design dynamic payment routing engine
• Develop scalable fiat payment solutions for institutional clients
• Optimize time-to-fund, pay-in acceptance rates, and cost-per-transaction

Requirements

• 10+ years of product leadership in cross-border payment infrastructure
• Experience selecting and integrating payment rails
• Understanding of technical APIs
• Data-informed work style
• Passion for building customer-facing products
