Crypto.com is seeking Product Managers to lead product initiatives from start to finish, focusing on building an industry-leading platform for managing digital assets. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products and features globally, with a strong emphasis on understanding customer needs and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain roadmap, milestones, and dependencies
• Define features and write product specifications
• Conduct user studies and iterate on feedback
• Prioritize initiatives and manage tradeoffs
• Perform market research and analysis
• Communicate with cross-functional teams
• Manage features within a product line

Requirements

• Experience with settlement operations is a plus
• Experience with regulated financial products for institutional clients is beneficial
• Domain knowledge of digital assets and private key management is preferred
• Data-informed work style with user empathy
• Passion for building customer-facing products
• Experience shipping software or financial products at scale
• Demonstrated leadership and initiative
• Strong collaboration skills
• Diligent and open to learning
• Technical aptitude
