Job Description

The company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive product initiatives for US derivatives from inception to execution. This role involves architecting and managing a platform to improve financial dealings, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and launching products/features globally.

Responsibilities

• Own US derivatives product management and strategy
• Generate innovative derivative products and features
• Collaborate with business development to expand market share
• Create and maintain roadmap, milestones, and dependencies
• Write product specifications and manage backlog
• Interview customers and partners
• Prioritize initiatives and projects
• Perform market research and analysis
• Represent the team in cross-functional communication

Requirements

• Experience with US listed derivatives markets
• Data informed work style
• Passion for building customer facing products
• Experience shipping software or financial products at scale
• Demonstrated leadership
• Ability to collaborate with designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, and compliance
• Domain knowledge in retail and institutional trading preferred
