Job Description

As an Implementation Advisor, you will be the subject matter expert on software business growth through the effective use of technology. You will implement software best practices, ensure adoption and success with HighLevel software, build relationships with customers, and understand their business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer requirements and translate them into implementation plans
  • Develop and execute implementation project plans
  • Design and manage software integration deployments
  • Manage project scope changes
  • Identify and address potential issues
  • Follow up with accounts to ensure successful implementation
  • Assist in educational webinars and workshops
  • Stay up-to-date with product features
  • Streamline procedures and improve product efficiency
  • Update customer journey playbooks
  • Monitor customer adoption and usage metrics
  • Conduct analysis and create transition plans
  • Advise customers on best practices
  • Drive consulting milestones
  • Provide guidance to customers
  • Lead consulting engagements
  • Drive collaboration between teams and customers
  • Handle basic support requests
  • Develop rapport with new accounts
  • Improve onboarding delivery
  • Maintain product knowledge
  • Cross-train with other success functions

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience with 2+ years of customer success/implementation/consulting experience
  • 2-3 years of experience using HighLevel or similar solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of internal systems (HighLevel, Freshdesk, etc.) preferred
  • Strong understanding of software solutions
  • 2+ years of customer consulting experience preferred
  • Marketing experience is a plus
  • IT technical skills and platform integrations
  • Experience managing and training teams
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to produce high-quality documentation
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office Suite, Internet applications)
