Job Description

HighLevel is seeking a dynamic and passionate Spanish-speaking Customer Success Advisor to position themselves as a subject matter expert on software business growth. The Advisor will focus on implementing software best practices, ensuring customer adoption, and building relationships to drive successful outcomes with the HighLevel platform.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer requirements and translate them into implementation plans
  • Develop and execute implementation project plans
  • Design and manage software integrations
  • Manage project scope and changes
  • Identify and address potential issues
  • Follow up with accounts to ensure successful implementation
  • Assist with educational webinars and workshops
  • Stay updated on product features
  • Streamline procedures and improve product efficiency
  • Update customer journey playbooks
  • Communicate customer success with a team player attitude
  • Monitor customer adoption and usage metrics
  • Conduct analysis and create transition plans
  • Advise customers on best practices
  • Drive consulting milestones
  • Provide guidance to address customer issues
  • Lead consulting engagements
  • Drive collaboration between teams and customers
  • Handle basic support requests
  • Develop rapport with new accounts
  • Improve onboarding delivery
  • Maintain product knowledge
  • Cross-train with other success functions

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of Customer success/software implementation/consulting experience
  • 2-3 years of experience using HighLevel or similar solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of internal systems preferred
  • Understanding of software solutions and professional services
  • 2+ years of customer consulting experience preferred
  • Marketing experience is a plus
  • IT technical skills and platform integrations
  • Experience managing and training teams
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to produce high-quality documentation
