HighLevel is seeking a Director of Finance Strategy & Operations to partner with the CFO and Finance leadership team. This role focuses on establishing an operating rhythm, improving systems, and driving efficiency within the Finance function of a fast-growing SaaS company. The position involves program management, strategic planning, process improvement, and acting as a liaison between Finance and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Finance PMO
• Translate financial goals into action items
• Develop planning tools and reporting cadences
• Build frameworks for goal tracking
• Lead annual and quarterly planning
• Reduce days to close the books
• Streamline processes and implement best practices
• Drive special projects
• Support public company readiness
• Drive process improvements and automation
• Evaluate and implement AI tools
• Serve as a thought partner to the CFO
• Prepare financial communications
• Represent the CFO in meetings
• Act as a cross-functional liaison

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Operations, or Chief of Staff roles
• Track record of improving Finance operational excellence
• Exceptional program and project management skills
• Strong understanding of finance team operating models
• Experience with public company readiness
• Strong communication and executive presence
• Strong analytical ability
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity
