Job Description

HighLevel is seeking an experienced Director of Strategic Finance to partner with the GTM function, developing analytical and financial frameworks to influence decision-making. This role involves strategic planning, forecasting, decision support, business case development, KPI tracking, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in a high-growth tech company and a deep understanding of SaaS business models.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM strategic finance function
• Develop and improve GTM investment processes
• Provide financial insights for strategic initiatives
• Build financial models for major projects
• Lead cross-departmental financial projects
• Define and track key performance indicators
• Hire, mentor, and guide finance team members
• Leverage AI to improve forecasting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)
• 12+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or corporate strategy
• 5+ years of leadership/management experience
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong business partnering skills
• Advanced modeling skills
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models
• Experience with Excel, BI tools, and financial planning tools
