Job Description

HighLevel is seeking an experienced Director of Strategic Finance to partner with Product & Engineering, developing analytical and financial frameworks to influence key business decisions. This role involves strategic planning, forecasting, decision support, business case development, KPI tracking, and team leadership in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product & Engineering strategic finance function
• Develop and improve business impact of Product/Engineering investments
• Provide financial insights and scenario analysis
• Build robust financial models for major projects
• Lead cross-departmental financial projects
• Define and track key performance indicators
• Hire, mentor, and guide finance team members
• Leverage AI to streamline processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
• 12+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or corporate strategy
• 5+ years of leadership/management experience
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong business partnering skills
• Advanced modeling skills
• Understanding of SaaS and usage-based business models
• Experience with Excel, BI tools, financial planning tools, and AI tools
