HighLevel is seeking a Sr. Corp FP&A Manager to support the company’s consolidated financial planning, reporting, and investor-facing deliverables. This role involves managing the corporate model, driving strategic planning, and delivering accurate reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and is detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and forecasting
• Drive the corporate planning calendar
• Manage and enhance the consolidated financial model
• Develop key corporate assumptions
• Lead financial reporting for external stakeholders
• Prepare presentations for the Board of Directors
• Improve FP&A processes and tools
• Partner with Accounting, People, and Strategic Finance teams
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses and scenario modeling
• Play a key role in pre-IPO readiness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A
• Strong understanding of GAAP and non-GAAP metrics
• Experience managing P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts
• Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working in a public company
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and FP&A/BI tools
