Job Description

HighLevel is seeking a Sr. FP&A Systems Analyst to support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of their financial planning system, Abacum, and integrate financial and operational data to streamline reporting. This role focuses on building efficient, automated processes to improve accuracy, visibility, and scalability within the Finance team.

Responsibilities

• Support Abacum implementation, configuration, and maintenance
• Integrate financial and operational data from key systems
• Build and enhance reporting dashboards and planning templates
• Lead project coordination and execution
• Collaborate with FP&A and Accounting teams
• Support rollout of Abacum spaces and dashboards
• Assist with data validation and reconciliations
• Document workflows and system processes
• Automate manual Finance workflows
• Evaluate new system features and integrations
• Provide training and support to users

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance Systems, or related roles in a SaaS/tech company
• Hands-on experience with FP&A tools (Abacum preferred)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake)
• Understanding of system integrations and financial planning processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is a plus
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements
• Strong organizational and communication skills
