Job Description

HighLevel is seeking a People Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to executive and functional leaders within the G&A division. This role will focus on strategic people initiatives, organizational effectiveness, and enabling G&A teams to scale effectively while aligning with the company's mission and culture. The ideal candidate will leverage data, empathy, and business acumen to influence business outcomes and drive talent strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR partnership
  • Advise on organizational design and team development
  • Support change management and business transformation
  • Identify talent gaps and organizational risks
  • Guide performance management and career development
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues
  • Drive employee engagement and inclusion initiatives
  • Leverage data analytics for decision-making

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive business partnering experience
  • Experience supporting G&A verticals (Legal, IT, Finance)
  • Proven success influencing senior leaders
  • Deep understanding of US compliance and employment practices
  • Knowledge of HR disciplines (performance management, employee relations)
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • High learning agility and adaptability
  • Data-oriented and systems-savvy
