Job Description

HighLevel is seeking a dynamic Events Partnerships Manager to build relationships with event organizers and partners, negotiate sponsorships, and manage a calendar of strategic event opportunities to elevate the brand and drive growth. The role involves sourcing events, managing partnerships, on-the-ground presence at events, tracking performance, and collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own top-of-funnel relationships for external events
  • Build and manage a pipeline of event organizers
  • Negotiate sponsorship terms and speaking opportunities
  • Manage event partnerships through negotiation and execution
  • Attend events to represent HighLevel
  • Deliver presentations at events
  • Maintain a structured event calendar
  • Track performance metrics and deliver reports
  • Collaborate with Events, Affiliate, and Marketing teams
  • Ensure asset delivery and promotional coordination

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in event partnerships, sponsorships, or business development (SaaS/tech preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Experience leading teams for event execution
  • Proven track record of building event pipelines and negotiating sponsorships
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Highly organized with experience in calendar management and reporting
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot/Salesforce, Asana/Trello, and event marketing platforms
  • Passion for brand-building and strategic growth
