Job Description

HighLevel is seeking an experienced Community Manager to design, launch, and scale a global network of local chapters. This role involves building the program infrastructure, recruiting and training local leaders, and hosting events to foster connection and growth within the HighLevel ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Design and launch HighLevel’s Local Chapters program
  • Manage and coach community and event specialists
  • Pilot and scale the program nationally
  • Recruit and develop local chapter leads
  • Manage relationships with chapters
  • Lead Local Chapter Day event
  • Track performance metrics
  • Create scalable event programming
  • Maintain consistency across chapters
  • Manage budgets
  • Represent HighLevel at local events

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in community building, field marketing, or event management
  • 3+ years of team management experience
  • Proven ability to launch and scale community programs
  • Exceptional interpersonal and public speaking skills
  • Strong organizational and operational skills
  • Willingness to travel
