Job Description

HighLevel is seeking a passionate Account Manager II to build relationships with clients, manage their accounts, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve concerns. This role involves a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a focus on digital marketing and tech.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow client relationships
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Resolve client concerns with cross-functional teams
  • Document client interactions and contribute to action planning
  • Relay risks, blockers, and opportunities to senior account managers
  • Assist with reports, metrics, and documentation
  • Provide sales quotations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent SaaS Experience
  • 2-4 Years of Digital Marketing/ Account Management experience
  • Knowledge of Social Media Management, Advertising, Website/Funnel Building, and SEO
  • Experience with CRM Systems
  • Working Knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
