Job Description

HighLevel is seeking a creative and strategic Affiliate Manager to impact the success of others by recruiting and engaging potential affiliates. This role involves developing and deploying recruitment strategies, managing affiliate relationships, analyzing data, and collaborating with various teams to expand HighLevel's customer acquisition channel.

Responsibilities

  • Measure affiliate program growth KPIs
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and leadership
  • Prospect and identify potential affiliates
  • Create personalized strategies for affiliates
  • Orchestrate affiliate landing pages and offers
  • Support company-wide marketing strategy
  • Source affiliate opportunities
  • Partner with affiliate reactivation and scaling
  • Attend industry events
  • Analyze data and justify results
  • Drive forward complex projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent SaaS Experience
  • 0-2 Years of Digital Marketing, Agency Sales, Account Management or Business Development experience
  • Working Knowledge of Social Media Management, Advertising, Website/Funnel Building, and SEO
  • Comfort in public speaking
  • Proficiency in professional writing
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Experience with CRM Systems
  • Working Knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin
