Job Description

HighLevel is seeking a Senior Director of Channel Programs to develop and lead their channel, affiliate, and strategic account programs. This role requires a leader with deep channel experience, strategic vision, and operational discipline to drive customer acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will be responsible for team leadership, program optimization, cross-functional alignment, and representing HighLevel at industry events.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in Channel, Partnerships, or Business Development
  • 7+ years leading large, global teams
  • Proven success in multi-region channel growth
  • Strong executive presence
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets
  • Extensive experience in channel programs
  • Ability to handle complex business situations
